We have transferred your account information to a new high-performance and extremely secure platform. To help us finalize the transition, please follow these four steps:
- First, enter your old username and password in the appropriate spaces on the National Bank Online Services login page.
- Print or take note of your new username. Your previous username is no longer valid.
- Log-in with your new username and your old password.
- Choose a new password.
