How do I print out my transactions?
There are 2 screens on the Transactions page. The top screen is the transactions query and the bottom screen where they appear is the transactions result.
To Print:
- Right-click the transactions with the mouse
- Select Print
- Click Print
Using this method will print out only the transactions.

How do I export my transactions?
On the Transactions screen there is an Export All button.
- Click the W beside Export All
- Click Save and specify the folder you would like to save it to
The information is exported into a TSV file (Tab Separated Values) and will display in Notepad when first opened. This type of file can be opened in Excel and will display in a familiar spreadsheet format.
To open the transactions in Excel:
- Right-click on the file
- Select Properties
- Click Change
- Click Microsoft Office Excel
- Click OK
- Click Apply
- Click OK

How do I look up stock symbols?
The option to look up stock symbols is not directly available in the Online Portfolio. The ability to do this can be found in the Globe Investor:
- Select any account and click on Portfolio
- Click on the
link beside any holding
- Scroll midway down the page

I have a new account. How do I add it to my Online Portfolio?
The Online Portfolio Accounts Manager will need to be contacted to have the new account added. Send an email indicating the new Wellington West account(s) to be added to onlineportfolio@wellwest.ca.
* Please include the full account number (full numbers should be 7 characters in length).
The account will be added within 2 business days with a confirmation sent to you via email.

There are accounts showing which are closed or contain a zero value. How do I remove these from my Online Portfolio?
The Online Portfolio Accounts Manager will need to be contacted to have the account(s) removed. Send an email indicating the Wellington West account(s) to be removed to onlineportfolio@wellwest.ca.
* Please include the full account number (full numbers should be 7 characters in length).
The account will be added within 2 business days with a confirmation sent to you via email.

Windows is remembering my password. How do I stop this?
Internet Explorer
- While in Internet Explorer, click on Tools
- Click on Internet Options
- Click on Content tab
- Click the AutoComplete button
- Ensure the box beside ‘User names and passwords on forms’ is not
checked off
- Click Clear Passwords
- Click OK
Note: - Clicking this button will clear ALL stored user names and passwords for any other sites that are used. Do NOT clear the passwords if you would like Windows to remember the login for other sites.
Netscape Navigator
- While in Netscape Navigator, click on Tools, then Options
- Click AutoFill
- Click the Passcards tab
- Select wellwestclients.asp.croesus.com from the saved passcards
column
- In the drop-down box below ‘Next time I visit this site’ select Do Nothing
- Click OK
Mozilla Firefox
- While in Mozilla Firefox, click on Tools, then Options
- Click the Privacy icon
- Click the small + beside Saved Passwords
- Click View Saved Passwords
- Click on http://wellwestclients.asp.croesus.com and click Remove
- Click Close
- Click OK
