Dennis Stewner

As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Wellington West Holdings Inc., Dennis is responsible for the enterprise-wide finance and operations functions of the organization, including the preparation and oversight of the company’s transition from a private to a public company.
Dennis is also responsible for developing and implementing best practices to strengthen all aspects of Wellington West’s operating platform including participation in day-to-day management and oversight of all enterprises.
Dennis is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years of diverse financial and senior management experience with both private and public companies in the financial services and healthcare industries.
Prior to joining Wellington West, Dennis was Executive Vice-President and Chief Operations Officer at Momentum Healthware, where he had overall responsibility for operational and financial functions. Prior to Momentum, he held various senior executive positions within Assante Corporation and its various subsidiaries, including Vice President, Finance, Vice President, Wealth Management Services, and Chief Financial Officer. Assante was a public company acquired by CI Financial in 2003 that had grown to over 1,500 financial advisors with assets under administration in excess of $20 billion, including over $11 billion in their wealth management offering.
