The capital markets team works with institutional investors and corporate issuers in various sectors of the economy, including energy, mining, agriculture, technology and special situations. The team trades equities for institutional investors, raises equity for corporate issuers and provides advisory services, including mergers and acquisitions and restructuring to corporate issuers.
This division is a member firm of the Investment Dealers Association (IDA), the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX), the TSX Venture Exchange and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund (CIPF).
