As guardians of the firm’s reputation and value proposition, the leadership team ensures that Wellington West’s values are upheld in everything we do. Working closely with the Board of Directors and reporting to our employee-owners, the leadership team procures and deploys the firm’s capital, positions the firm for the public market, identifies merger and acquisition opportunities, invests in the operating platform and continues to identify and attract more top talent to management and advisor teams.
